Monitoring Services & Repairs We Offer
- Monitoring Setup. If you’ve just installed your solar system, or just want to add monitoring to an older system, we can handle the entire monitoring system setup.
- Site Transfer. If you’ve purchased a new home with an existing solar system, or switched service providers, we can transfer the monitoring site into your name or account. This ensures that you have full access to your solar system’s data and alerts. We can handle the process with the manufacturer, including SolarEdge, Enphase, and Tigo, among others.
- System Mapping. Mapping each panel and inverter in your system allows you to view real-time data by individual component, so you can identify underperforming panels or connectivity issues.
- CT Metering Device Installation. Installing a current transformer (CT) metering device lets you track energy production and consumption, helping you to understand how much solar power you use and how much you send back to the grid.
- Antenna Installation for Wi-Fi Connectivity. Monitoring systems and inverters rely on Wi-Fi connection to function. In some cases, if your signal isn’t strong enough, we can install an external antenna to strengthen your Wi-Fi signal and prevent connectivity issues.

- Inspection & Diagnosis. We’ll send a qualified technician to assess your current system and determine what type of monitoring setup or repairs are needed. We’ll check for communication errors, equipment compatibility, and signal strength.
- Report & Quote: We’ll outline the work involved and give you a fair quote.
- Installation, Repair, or Replacement. We’ll set up your monitoring system. Depending on what we find, we may need to repair or completely replace a component.
- System Optimization. After service, we’ll test your system to ensure everything is working properly.
- Customer Education. We’ll walk you through your monitoring setup and teach you how to properly maintain your system and stay on top of your solar production.
