Solar Discovery offers system inspections and evaluations to properly diagnose any issues with your solar system to determine the best course of action. Whether you installed your own solar system or just bought a new home that already has one, we will be able to provide a comprehensive inspection and evaluation to get an accurate picture of its performance. If there are any issues, we’ll be sure to diagnose them and help get you on track to get them fixed.
Our Inspection, Evaluation, & Diagnostic Services
- Full System Checkup. We’ll analyze production levels, inverter function, and efficiency indicators to confirm everything is working as expected.
- Electrical & Wiring Inspection. We’ll check all your wiring, grounding, breakers, and electrical connections to identify any safety or performance issues.
- Inverter, Optimizer, & Monitoring Inspection. We will assess the performance of your inverter, optimizer, and microinverter, and check your monitoring platform data to uncover hidden faults.
- Solar Panel & Roof Assessment. We’ll evaluate the condition of your panels as well as the racking and roofing.
- Issue Diagnosis & Recommendations. We’ll diagnose any issues we find and recommend a course of action for any necessary repairs.

- On-Site Inspection. One of our qualified technicians will perform a full system inspection, including panels, inverters, batteries, wiring, roofing, and monitoring.

- Diagnosis & Quote. We’ll explain in detail what’s working, what’s not, and what work needs to be done, and then provide you with a fair quote.
